Bad Planning, The Southern Africa Way

Or How Not To Run a Business (Country, etc.)

I was totally amazed that multiple countries in southern africa donot have an adequate plan for their future energy needs. I understand that it is difficult, but there appears to be no effort. South Africa apparently has a plan, but a poor one. They simply ignored the increased development of their country and it never occurred to them that they were reaching their energy capacity.  No problem. We will just cut off power from our neighbors.

Do you think that this is a good solution?
