Today I found a great new widget that allows you to accept donations from PayPal. I found it at widgetbox. They have a cool set up where you enter your PayPal email address, the size of the PayPal button, and then choose the style of the button. After that you are given several choices on how to insert it into your blog. I chose to cut and past the code into my left side bar php file.
