Lately, some of you have noticed my lack of enthusiasm. I assure you that this is only temporary. I have been frustrated a my work (the thing that pays the bills!) and have been thinking of about life changes.
So, we close on the cottage today, not because we don’t enjoy it but, because we don’t need the debt.
Next, I decided that I no longer desire to drive 30 miles a day (one hour in traffic) to work and then again home from work every day. I used to love my work and I was able to fill those hours driving with phone calls from my customers. Today, I don’t like my job. Technically it is not the same job that I had last year and I decided that if I am not going to like my job, I can not like it closer to home.
It was in this vain that I decided to open up the possibilities beyond Michigan. I went to findyourspot.com and played around a little. What I found was that after filling out the survey multiple times, my family and I all seem to match up with Oregon. In the valley (what is it’s name again?) from Portland to Eugene, we repeatedly found that our answers matched.
So, maybe it means that we are all compatible or at the very least maybe it means that Oregon is a nice place. Either way, I decided to check out jobs outside of where I live. This includes all of the USA.
One thing is certain: my gloomy disposition will lift if my life environment changes. I also know that my environment will not change (for the better) without my help.
So, how is your gloom factor? Are you happy? @here would you move if you had to? Or do you want to?

Personally, I may cover a negative aspect but always offer a positive solution, and that seems to work much better because you “end” your articles on a positive note. In that way you may hit a sentiment others may have also but give them a positive idea for a better solution.
So, next time you’re hit with stress go read a positive blog (mine for example) instead of wrecking your own. Keep up the good cheers - the rest follows automatically…
