John Chow’s EntreCard!

Posted by Not John Chow | January 1, 2008 .

Today I am honored to have John Chow’s EntreCard on my site.

I don’t know anyone in the blogosphere that is not familiar with EntreCard traffic generating system.  For those of you who have just crawled out from under a rock, you can check it out here

The reason this is a big deal to me is this:  John Chow is one of my biggest sources of traffic.  Having John Chow notice me can only be good. Now if I could only get on his card.  Too bad his advertising que is always full.

If you are not a member of EntreCard, you should join.  EntreCard, like John Chow is another great source of traffic.

There is a lot of hype around John Chow. I suspect that he chose my site either because it was cheap (only 44 credits) or because my silly domain name directs more traffic his way.

Am I really excited to have his ad on my page? No, but it did give me something to write about and it does draw a little traffic.

    I like Problogger to!

How did you manage to pull that one off? I’m not so much of a fan of John Chow. I will admit I have been to site a few times but I prefer the like of problogger.

So he advertised on your EntreCard. That shows he has real class. Can you imagine if someone started selling a cola and called it “Not Coca Cola” or an express package service and called it “Not FedEx”? They wouldn’t buy advertising from the newbies – they’d have their lawyers on the phone! Good for John Chow.
