That’s what I believe has happened. Which is a good thing but yet a bad thing. Hopefully they get things under control.

I agree that multiple avenues for traffic and revenue need to be explored.

Perhaps, EntreCard has gotten too big for one person.

While I agree with you that in this situation the support team should have gotten back to you right away … however I will say that anytime I have ever had to deal with support I got a rather quick reply so I am satisfied with this support.

Remember it’s one person running the show. The internet isn’t just companies anymore … it’s individuals.

One thing I will say is that John Chow lives by the statement that you can’t put all your eggs in one basket. You need to have many forms of income and traffic not just one. Ecard is just a form of traffic and has brought my site a good amount of traffic of which I am really satisfied with … it’s also increased my subscriber database.

John Chow doesn’t use EntreCard but that doesn’t mean that he has had a bad experience with EntreCard or doesn’t think it is resourceful. I think I am going to ask him what his stance is on EntreCard. It would be great to know his thoughts.
