		<description>Hi there

Seems like you take things very much upside down. Like your choice of a title for this blog. You tell what it's not instead of what it is.

I understand the point of being average when the "real" John Chow wants to be luxurious, being normal when he might be considered fortunate and lucky etc.

But perhaps even your perspective is NEGATIVE, and consequently your outlook and opportunities end up being only minor improvements when you need a TOTAL MAKEOVER. Realize your potential and build a business instead of "only" a blog. Build a lifestyle instead of only making a living.

Grab the opportunities with a positive attitude and you might find that your results will GREATLY improve. Good luck.

<description>Keep your head up man. I was on top of the world beginning of this year. I was 21, engaged (now married), and have a 2 1/2 little girl. I was a maintenance tech for Fujicolor Processing. I was making really good money, and got too full of myself. I think god gave me a great thing. With my good money, we balanced a $1,004 mortgage payment, and $426 jeep payment. On top of the normal bills (gas, water, electric). We felt so rich to have a really nice house, nice vehicle, and to basically go shopping and drop $600 about every other month. We would go to the store and not look at prices, it didn't matter. We spent month like no tomorrow, never looking at the account balance once. I bought a 50" Samsung plasma tv, on top of other toys. Then about march, corporate holds a meeting and tells us they are closing our lab.

God blessed us with my great job, and we took advantage of it. My job wasn't that hard as far as physical work. I worked 7:30-4 mon-fri. I was set.

NOW. I work in a factory. I stack heavy ass cardboard boxes. We work 12 hour shifts, rotating between nights and days. I can at least say, I learned my lesson. When God gives you a great thing, don't upset him! I now understand the value of the dollar, and how hard some people have to work to make their living. I know that I will never take it for granted again. I hate my job now, but it pays really well. I come home sore every day! I think about quitting every day. But I don't because I love my family. When the time is right, I will find a better/easier job where my family can get along just fine financially. I just put it in the faith of God to guide me down the right path. He will never give you more than you can handle.

Moral of the story John. Things may suck right now, but they will get better. Everyone goes through tough times. I put my faith in God, and he gave me my new job. He is teaching me a lesson, and it is to not take what he gives us for granted. I abused the money I made at fuji, and he punished me. It took me losing my job to see it. So what you are going through right now could be a lesson, you just may not see his plan until further down the road. One day it will click and you will say, so that is why.

<description>You could always haul saltwater from oil wells to disposals, like I do.

It, too, can be quite boring. Unless a cow is in the road in front of you.
