Blog Income Report - December 2007

It’s the start of another month and that means it’s time to find out how much Not John Chow dot Com made for the month of December, my second month of blogging.

As I continue to aspire to become successful like John Chow, I am continuing my case study to see if money can be made by the average guy that does not have the benefit of Mr. Chow’s previous experience.

Before this month, Not John Chow dot Com was just starting up.  I came across John Chow dot Com in November and began to wonder if it was possible for someone like me, to learn what was necessary to succeed as John has done.

So, here is where I am at:

Total Blog Income for December 2007: $3.03

Here is where the huge amounts of cash came from:

Adsense: $0.23

Bidvertiser: $0.80

Blogsvertiser: $2.00

Grand Total: $3.03

Blog traffic was 2,268 page views from 849 visitors, according to Google Analytics. That comes out to be $0.0013 per page view.  That is very, impressively unimpressive.  In fact that is worse than last month!

I plan to continue following John Chow’s advice.  I will continue to experiment with different methods of monetization.  I will also follow his advice and will continue to tweak my blog and continue to keep moving.  Since, I am still learning here, I recommend that you follow John Chow’s money making strategy. Blog expenses for the month equal $0.00.  That’s right! I get the spend the $3.03 any way I want.  Pure Profit!

Whoo! John Chow is way up there!  His statistics look like Skyscrapers like my numbers appear to be in the basement!
